Q: How do I get a user name for Elisa Carrier Services Online?
A: Fill out the form or if your company has an administrator user, he/she can also add new users.
Q: How do I submit an offer inquiry?
A: Click Inquiry in upper menu bar. Choose the desired product from the Select product drop-down menu, and then click Select. Once you have chosen the product, the product data will be updated on the page. When all required information has been entered, click Send.

Q: How do I get a billing group code for an order?
A: You can email the billing group code request to cscs@elisa.fi. Please add information such as the name of the billing group or index number and billing address. When the billing group code has been created, it will be shown in My Information in Billing Group Codes. Move the billing group code from Company Codes to My Codes and save changes.
Q: What do I do if an order's or trouble ticket's N-identifier is replaced with a question mark?
A: N-identifier will be updated automatically by the next day at the latest.
