About us 

Elisa’s international businesses are growing fast organically but also through acquisitions as defined in the company strategy. To help run smooth integration of the acquired companies, build common company culture and develop employee engagement across the international businesses, we are now looking for an employee communications champion to join the Employee Communications team within Elisa’s corporate communications department. 

As Communications Manager and a member of Elisa’s Employee Communications team, you will be managing employee communication for our international businesses. Your responsibilities include:

• Developing overall employee communications plans for the international organizations in close cooperation with the business stakeholders. 
• Preparing solid messaging and content.  
• Contributing to the internal communication channel development.
• Supporting acquisitions with smart planning and efficient execution of integration communication in close cooperation with the Integration team. 
• Supporting strategy communication, adoption of Elisa’s business system and cultural development.  

The role is based in Helsinki, Finland or in one of the other main location in Germany, Sweden or UK. This role reports to Elisa’s employee communications director. 

What do we expect from you? 

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international communication within a large organization.  
• Experience spanning from communication planning to hands-on execution. 
• Proven skills in effective change communication practices. 
• Ability to manage activities in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
• Excellent writing and content creation skills, and fluent English language skills. 
• Relevant B.Sc./M.Sc. degree.
