We are looking for a Leader to take the responsibility for testing in Elisa’s Service Assurance function. 

We are offering a unique role of directing Elisa’s testing activities and thereby directly influencing the quality of our customers experience.   

Your main tasks in this role: 

• Ownership of Elisa’s testing operations and processes 
• Lead the Service Testing team with responsibility for its development 
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders: vendors, partners and different business units capturing the demands of the business and participating in the work to develop and continuously improve Testing services 
• Developing collaboration between Elisa’s business functions and key equipment suppliers 
• Working as a member of the management team in the Service Assurance function 

You will report to Director of Service Assurance. 

This position can be located in Helsinki or for example Tampere if you are regularly willing to travel to Pasila.

• Extensive experience in the telecommunications industry and in testing 
• Solid experience in leadership, preferably working in a management team 
• Ability to effectively communicate with technical and business colleagues and make complex things understandable 
• Good networking skills 
• Capability to see the big picture and know how to prioritize 
• Development-oriented and forward-looking mindset 
• Proof of successful process development 
• Clear focus on continuous improvement 
• Suitable university degree 
• Fluent communication skills in both Finnish and English

The chosen candidate will undergo drug test and a security clearance vetting, which in turn requires having stayed in Finland for multiple years.
