Senior Software Developer, Salesforce (Helsinki)

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join the Salesforce Platform & Solutions team in Elisa’s Software Services, Customer & Online department.
 
In this role you will take ownership of developing, planning and guiding the technical design and implementation and providing support for other team members. You will make technical decisions and actively participate in hands-on development. The role's main focus is on developing Elisa Salesforce Platform and DevOps tools. Participating in designing of different Salesforce development projects together with solution architects and lead developers from project teams is an essential part of this work.
 
In this role, you have a possibility to grow into Salesforce Software Architect in the future.

Your main tasks: 

• Serve as an example for other developers in defining and following the coding standards, Elisa's best practices in development and testing of Salesforce 
• Explore and adopt new technologies from Salesforce roadmap (such as Salesforce DX) 
• Understand and select AppExchange solutions for development, focusing on CI/CD pipeline for supporting high quality deployments 
• Work closely with technical teams, in such activities as code reviews, design and refactoring decisions, deployments 
• Supporting development teams by sharing the knowledge of the best Salesforce development practices 

We expect you to have: 

• Solid experience in Salesforce development projects 
• Solid experience in Lightning development 
• Knowledge about these Cloud technologies: Salesforce clouds, Marketing cloud, Heroku, AWS 
• Understanding of DevOps tools: Github, CodeScan 
• Experience in Continuous integration: Copado, Jenkins, GHA 
• Ability to learn new things, solve problems creatively, to have strong analytical skills and have a customer-centric mindset
• Excellent teamwork skills and a collaborative attitude 
• Fluent English to work in Elisa’s international teams

Our team is highly international, and our working language is English. You will be based in Pasila (Helsinki) with the freedom to work remotely when suitable. We wish that you can visit our office whenever needed as our team will decide together when they will meet up within their own hybrid way of working.
