We are looking to onboard a new Service Desk Specialist to our Service Desk team, the profile we are looking for should have a previous experience in technical troubleshooting and is comfortable in communicating in English and in Spanish. 

The position involves processing support requests from our customers via email, phone and chat; with an emphasis on first-contact resolution. The tasks in this position include troubleshooting videoconference and digital signage equipment; and providing guidance to users; and managing video conferencing events. P. We follow a 24x7 support model with rotating shifts.

The qualifications for this position are:

Mandatory qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a service desk or an IT environment with strong troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of IP networks.
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Fluent in English (B2 level minimum) and Spanish (B2 level minimum).

Additional qualifications:

  • Previous experience with video conferencing or digital signage solutions
  • The ability to communicate in further European language.
