Elisa Corporation has been selected as one of the top 500 employers in Europe in 2025 by the Financial Times and Statista. This recognition is based on responses from over 100,000 employees across Europe. The survey assessed how likely employees are to recommend their employer to friends and family, as well as which other organisations in the same sector the respondents respected.
Elisa Corporation being included in the list is a significant acknowledgement of our long-term commitment to responsible leadership, employee wellbeing and skills development.
“It’s important that our employees feel they can make an impact, grow and be part of meaningful work. This recognition shows that we’re on the right path”, says Eveliina Dahl, HR Director at Elisa.
The strengths of Elisa’s corporate culture that were identified include flexible working models, psychological safety, continuous learning and leadership development. Elisa has also worked to actively promote inclusivity as well as adopting data-driven HR practices. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, Elisa Corporation was among the first companies to adopt a permanent hybrid working model, giving employees the freedom to choose their working methods flexibly.
The study by the Financial Times and Statista provides a broad overview of which organisations manage to successfully combine a strong employer reputation, employee engagement and responsible leadership in the European workplace. Elisa’s inclusion on this list demonstrates its ability to remain competitive as an employer — not only within the technology sector, but across industries.
