Accessibility Statement for the Mobile ID Service
This accessibility statement applies to the Mobile ID (Mobiilivarmenne), which is widely used with Elisa's services. We will tell you how accessible the Mobile ID service is, what non-accessible content has been identified, and how you can give us feedback on the accessibility of the service.
The service is subject to the Act on the Provisioning of Digital Services, which implements the European Accessibility Act and applies from 28 June 2025. The accessibility of this service has been assessed in cooperation with external accessibility experts. This accessibility statement was created on 17 June 2025 and last updated on 18 June 2025.

The Mobile ID service partially meets the accessibility requirements of WCAG 2.2 level A and AA.
