This accessibility statement applies to Elisa ID login, which is widely used with Elisa's customer services and Employee OmaElisa. Accessibility statement describes, how accessible Elisa ID is, what kinds of accessibility limitations or defects there are and how you can give feedback about Elisa ID accessibility.
The service is subject to the Act on the Provisioning of Digital Services, which implements the European Accessibility Act and applies from 28 June 2025. The accessibility of this service has been assessed in cooperation with external accessibility experts 6th of March 2025. Accessibility requirements related deficiencies in the following areas:
- Headings do not fully comply to heading hierarchy (WCAG 1.3.1 Info and relationships)
- Email and password fields are used incorrectly, which can cause problems for screen readers and users with disabilities. (WCAG 4.1.2 Name, role value)
- The icon and spacer used for mobile certificate inside the button are not hidden from assistive technologies, which may cause confusion for screen reader users. (WCAG 4.1.2 Name, role value)
