Diversity, equity and inclusion are key themes for us and we work to promote equality. It is important to us that everyone can be themselves and feel welcome at Elisa just as they are.
We annually measure non-discrimination and equality and more than 90% of Elisa employees feel that there is no discrimination in Elisa's working environment. We also promote gender-neutral recruitment and report in our interim reports on the proportion of women in supervisor positions. Our target is to have 31% female supervisors by 2023.
