Elisa is a modern telco and ICT services company that employs people in many different roles and professions. Summer jobs at Elisa offer multiple opportunities to learn through work and invaluable work experience. Elisa has been selected as one of the best workplaces in Finland over a number of years and for apparent reasons; we have a coaching leadership culture and flexible working conditions, and at Elisa you can take part in developing many different exciting technologies. We elisians appreciate our friendly and relaxed atmosphere, and our culture of continuous improvement. On top of that, we invite you to come as you are.
Direct work with customers often requires proficient Finnish language alongside English skills. In the more technical roles and less customer-facing roles (e.g. developing software or designing product / customer experience) English is our required language. At the bottom of this page you can find summer jobs that require only English.
Viet Ba finished her Master’s Thesis at Elisa working as a trainee. Currently she works as a Service Designer to make our service and decisions more customer centric.
Viet Ba notes one feels very welcome at Elisa.
