Digital Well-being for All

More and more of us spend a significant part of our days with smart devices. Digital well-being is not just about screen time, but also about the content we consume and how it affects our daily lives, sleep, and social life. Security is also a big part of digital well-being. Do we know how to be cautious and how to act if we encounter a threat or get scammed? At Elisa, we have focused especially on promoting the digital well-being of children, young people, and the elderly.

Digital Well-being

Digital Well-being of Kids and Young People

We work closely with the Mannerheim League for Child Welfare to promote the digital well-being of children and young people. We aim to help with various concrete actions, including organising Finland's largest digital well-being event for schools. We also support parents in digital education, for example through age recommendations and guidelines.

Safe Digital World

Most of us encounter various threats in the digital world, such as scam messages and calls. Our digital security skills are crucial in protecting ourselves and our loved ones. Elisa aims to strengthen Finns' digital security skills in various ways and to help especially the most vulnerable, such as children and the elderly. We have been organizing digital schools for children since 2014.

Seniors and Digitalisation

Digital skills are not just about using digital devices, but also about participating in the digital world. We want to ensure, for example through accessible services, that seniors can also actively participate in the digital age. We work closely with national senior organizations and aim to raise awareness of important themes for seniors, such as service security.
