Sales development manager
I work in Elisa's Corporate Customers unit in Jyväskylä. I am responsible for making sure that sales staff have the right skills and improving sales through various means in terms of IT services. I also monitor, report and analyse sales results.
I work in a unit responsible for Elisa's mobile networks. I am engaged in planning, implementing, developing and maintaining customer services in the mobile network, and I make sure that business needs are taken into account in production. I am in charge of demand management for voice services and the quality of the services produced.
My job could be described like this: getting my hands dirty with architecture and development. Currently, I am focusing on front technologies, AR and VR, and master data management. I also code in Java, work with DevOps and introduce new technologies.
I work as a salesperson at an Elisa shop in Rauma. My job includes selling mobile phone connections, fixed and mobile broadband subscriptions, additional services and Elisa Viihde. I also sell mobile devices to our private and corporate customers, and I am engaged daily in different customer service tasks, such as offering help with using devices.
I am working on an internal development project aimed at developing business operations over the long term and ensuring good daily management. I coach supervisors and help them to lead their teams.
