Connecting block to Elisa’s network

The interconnection cable entitles the ordering operator to connect from its equipment location to Elisa's optical distribution frame (ODF). When ordering Optical Access Fiber services, there must be an agreement for an interconnection cable to Elisa's network if the size of the exchange exceeds 60 m².

Please consider the following when deploying a service

  • Operator installs the connection cable and terminal in a space designated by Elisa 
  • Submit offer requests and orders through the Elisa Carrier Services Online system (Ecso)
  • Possible photos of the block and device spaces, as well as route proposals, should be attached to the offer request
